Located along the little paths of the Village winding towards the Château de
la Chèvre d'Or, the restaurant "Le Grill du Château" has an original and
convivial atmosphere. The hushed interior, warm and discreet, coloured with
tapestries, stained glass and candelabras, reflects the essence of a cuisine
where everything is done to make discerning guests feel at home.
The seasonal menu (that is changed every three months) consists of products of
superlative quality, not only from Provence or the Nice region but also from
the Mediterranean in general. The creations of Charles Bombaron improve on
popular and traditional cuisine. This Chef, with his passion for the sea,
influenced by the people he has known, guided by his enthusiasm, invites his
