The charm of a site associated with open-air cooking is a sensitive voyage
between the sun and the waking of the seasons. Under the direction of Philippe
Labbé and his team, the "Terrasse des Remparts" offers an incomparable
gustatory adventure in an unbelievable setting.
Here, the products selected are the same as those for the gastronomic
restaurant but are treated more simply under an Oriental or Mediterranean
influence, depending on the Chef's creative bent and mood.
This cuisine can be defined as familiar and accessible although in no way
detracting from the establishment's consistently high standards.
Luncheon at the "Terrasse des Remparts" in the shade of a loggia entwined with
jasmine, ivy and bougainvillea, sheltering below the proud and haughty gaze of
the Chèvre d'Or, promises exquisite pleasures for both palate and eye.
Up on the hillside right at the heart of the Château enclosure, surrounded by
luxuriant vegetation, the "Terrasse" overlooks the sea and offers its diners
an exceptional vantage point for admiring the absolutely stunning view.
